Service Description
A deeply cleansing and nourishing bathing experience, delivered professionally to your pup with love and care. Choose from a selection of natural, ethical and conditioning shampoos to wash away the dirt and help your dog to look, smell and feel their best. I finish with a warm towel-down, to soak up excess water - your pup will likely still be quite damp if their coat is thick. Add a 'Balanced Blow-Dry & Brush-Out' treatment if you would like to take your dog home completely dry and fluffy.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled grooming appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule, so that I can offer the appointment to other clients with reasonable time to do so. In the case of rescheduling, any deposit paid will be transferred to the new appointment. If cancelling, the deposit will be refunded in full. This can only be honoured with 48 hours' of notice. If a request is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or if the appointment is not attended, the deposit will be kept to cover overheads and what otherwise amounts to an irreplaceable loss of earnings.
