Service Description
During this session, I will focus on whichever area(s) you would like me to; perhaps shaving between their toe beans to help keep paws clean and tidy, maybe a scissor-trim to their face to keep eyes clear and healthy. Please speak to me if you would like some advice on what is possible before booking. Please note: - This appointment does not include a full-body haircut. - This appointment does not include a bath, so any hair to be worked on must be CLEAN to avoid damage to my equipment.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled grooming appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule, so that I can offer the appointment to other clients with reasonable time to do so. In the case of rescheduling, any deposit paid will be transferred to the new appointment. If cancelling, the deposit will be refunded in full. This can only be honoured with 48 hours' of notice. If a request is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or if the appointment is not attended, the deposit will be kept to cover overheads and what otherwise amounts to an irreplaceable loss of earnings.
