Service Description
Every dog is different, and I believe in shaping every haircut to fulfill the needs of both you and your pup. This appointment includes the following: - A Natural Nail Care treatment, carefully taking the nails down to a comfortable length for your pup. - A Wellness Wash using gentle and nourishing, UK-made botanical products. - A Balanced Blow-Dry & Brush-Out to carefully tackle any tangles, remove loose hair and prepare your pup's coat for their trim. - A full haircut, tailored specifically to your requirements. Let me know exactly how you would like their face, feet, ears and tail to look! Please check out the Spa Treatments & Upgrades for any extras you might like to add on. Dog Sizes for this appointment are defined as: - Miniature - up to 6kg, e.g. Miniature Yorkshire Terrier, Miniature Long-Haired Dachshund, etc. - Small/Medium - 6kg to 12kg, e.g. Poodle mixes, Spaniel varieties, Schnauzer, Bichon Frise, Pomeranian, Lhasa Apso, West Highland Terrier, etc. - Medium/Large - 12kg to 18kg, e.g. larger Poodle mixes, Lagato Romagnolo, Portugese Water Dog, etc. - Large - 18 to 24kg, e.g. larger Poodle mixes - Extra Large - 24kg+ e.g. largest Poodle mixes, Giant Schnauzer, Afghan Hound, etc. Please note that the quoted price and duration of the appointment may increase, depending upon the variables outlined in the Terms & Conditions and the complexity of the haircut requested.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled grooming appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule, so that I can offer the appointment to other clients with reasonable time to do so. In the case of rescheduling, any deposit paid will be transferred to the new appointment. If cancelling, the deposit will be refunded in full. This can only be honoured with 48 hours' of notice. If a request is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or if the appointment is not attended, the deposit will be kept to cover overheads and what otherwise amounts to an irreplaceable loss of earnings.
