Service Description

This appointment includes the following: - A Natural Nail Care treatment, carefully taking the nails down to a comfortable length for your pup. - A Wellness Wash using gentle and nourishing, UK-made botanical products. - A Balanced Blow-Dry & Brush-Out to carefully tackle any tangles, remove loose hair and prepare your pup's coat for their strip. - Hand stripping and scissorwork, tailored specifically to your requirements. Let me know exactly how you would like their face, feet, and ears to look! Please check out the Spa Treatments & Upgrades for any extras you might like to add on.​ Dog Sizes for this appointment are defined as: - Small/Medium - up to 9kg, e.g. Border Terrier, Cairn Terrier, Miniature Dachshund etc. - Medium/Large - 10kg to 15kg, e.g. Scottish Terrier, spaniels, Dachschund - Large - 16 to 20kg, e.g. larger spaniels - Extra Large - 20kg+ e.g. Italian Spinone, Airedale Terrier, Irish Wolfhound Not all dogs can be hand stripped; they need the coarse, wiry coat in order for stripping to be painless. If your dog has been clipped previously, their coat may be too soft or thin to strip without causing unneeded pain. Hormonal changes can also impact the ability to strip the coat. If your dog is in season, they have increased sensitivity and we will need to reschedule their appointment to avoid unnecessary pain. My number one priority is the health and happiness of your dog. If your dog appears to be in too much discomfort during their hand strip, or requires additional time / another appointment to complete the work, I will contact you to discuss this. Additional appointments will need to be charged for. Please note that the quoted price and duration of the appointment may increase, depending upon the variables outlined in the Terms & Conditions and the complexity of the haircut requested.
