Service Description
Healthy ears are essential for your dog's comfort, which is why I've selected ear care products that align with my natural and holistic approach. The trusted formulas are designed to prevent discomfort by soothing irritation, eliminating harmful bacteria, and minimizing wax build-up and odours. Regular application will lead to significantly less scratching and shaking, reduced soreness, and optimal aural health. The Natural Ear Tonic drops are applied into the ear canals, which are then gently massaged. Maythen (wild mustard) oil sooths the ears' natural sebum production, whilst tea tree and rosemary oils act as Mother Nature's antibacterial, antifungal and antiseptic dream team. The next step involves the highly effective Natural Ear Cleaner, which is also crafted with powerful botanical ingredients. It features arnica for its remarkable healing qualities, sweet melon oil to provide essential fatty acids for a healthy ear, and wild sage to naturally fight off bacterial infections. This blend is applied outside of the ear canal and ensures a gentle yet powerful clean, promoting long-term ear well-being. For ears which are just a little dirty, waxy or just to prevent infection, a 5-minute Preventative Care treatment is a suitable option. Ears which are very waxy, smelly and itchy will require a more thorough cleansing session, so the 15-minute Extensive Care treatment is recommended. This can also include gently removing excess hair from the ear canal. Please note: - This treatment is not recommended for dogs who are experiencing ear pain or have an infection - This treatment does not substitute vet care - I will not perform or charge for the treatment if I suspect that an infection or other significant ailment is present, and will let you know if this is the case - Head shaking is a typical reaction for some dogs, and may last for a couple of hours after the treatment. Please seek professional advice if you are concerned that the head shaking is atypical, or if it persists for more than a few hours.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled grooming appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule, so that I can offer the appointment to other clients with reasonable time to do so. In the case of rescheduling, any deposit paid will be transferred to the new appointment. If cancelling, the deposit will be refunded in full. This can only be honoured with 48 hours' of notice. If a request is made less than 48 hours before the appointment, or if the appointment is not attended, the deposit will be kept to cover overheads and what otherwise amounts to an irreplaceable loss of earnings.
